A great customer experience.

Easy to use and I was up and running within moments. Thank you

I found the experience completely professional. Descriptions of the product we quite adequate and the FAQs answered all the questions I had before placing the order. Pleasing the order was easier than 90% of the online purchases that I have made and within 1 minute of submission of payment information I had the download information in my Inbox. Within 3 or 4 minutes the download (several GB) had completed and I was unzipping the files in preparation for installation. Instructions for download and installation were clear concise and correct. The installation went just as shown in the Video and the software came up just as it should have. I recommended it to a colleague and I'm going to buy more software from you. It is a pleasure to do business with you. [This information may be published if you wish.]

I did have a little bit of a problem in the beginning, but the support team helped me immediately. One thing I would add to your download directions is to turn off the firewall. That is what slowed me down and caused me problems. Thank you for your help. Add me to your email list. I from time to time buy different software and you are a great resource.
