I did have a little bit of a problem in the beginning, but the support team helped me immediately. One thing I would add to your download directions is to turn off the firewall. That is what slowed me down and caused me problems.

Great product, great price. Took 3 or 4 goes at installing, but that was mostly user error on my part. I have been using it since and it works just fine. I've saved you to "My Favourites" and will recommend and use you again soon.
