I believe that in an age of horribly overpriced software (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) you do a huge service in offering reasonably priced access to that same software. The rating for Customer Support doesn't do the guys justice! I had a niggling problem with the installation and they supported me through the entire process. In the end they did a remote install - problem fixed! Very happy with the outstanding service they provided. Thanks again guys.
